![]() Finally, I hop on the chat on the website. On 12/18/22 I try to call the phone number on the billing page, I end up with someone in tech support who rudely tells me that, no she can't help me, no she can't transfer me, and then just hangs up. Never received another email after the first. I emailed back, once again explaining that I no longer wanted to do business with their company and that I expected my money back per their 30 day guarantee. ![]() Received an email back in the form of a one line response that only told me why it was $71.82 but did not address anything else, including the refund. So I sent an email to the support email address the next day (12/13/22) telling them of the problem and that I wanted a refund. ![]() Also, due to some unexplainable reason, I was charged significantly more than I had thought it was. On 12/12/22 I purchased the Advanced System Repair Pro program and quickly found out that it wasn't the program I was looking for.
